Having a written goal is a proven and effective way to get you where you want to be. Just as important is knowing your starting point and being realistic about your expectations.  Your progress should be monitored and recorded – just like check points on your road to success.

With this in mind, it’s important to record your current health and fitness level and monitor at regular intervals.  This will provide ongoing feedback and allow any necessary changes as you progress toward your goal.

A full 10 page printed document will be yours to take away and analysis at your leisure and to see your progression at a later date.

A full assessment lasting 90 minutes including print out for only £40.

If you block booking for sports massage or Personal Training there will be no charge.
