Friendship, camaraderie, a bigger social circle, teamwork, spending time with people who share your enthusiasm and commitment for a healthier and fitter way of life….  As part of a balanced approach to the new, fitter and healthier you, taking part in an exercise class can provide an invigorating change from your normal routine.  Classes have many advantages and are also a great way to add some variety to proceedings.  The advantages to working out in a class environment can include (but are certainly not limited to) the following:
