I have been a Personal Trainer now for 2 years, but have been studying and working within the fitness industry for 6 years. I studied for 2 years at Elmwood College where I gained my HND Sports Coaching award, I then moved on to Abertay University completing my Bsc (Hons) Sports, Health and Exercise Degree.

My fitness experience started at a local hotel gym where I worked for 4 years, where I carried out fitness testing and programme designing for members.

I have since worked for Fitness First and JJB Sports gaining my first experience into Personal Training and now look to continue the experience with Bodymotiv8.
